A full examination is more than just checking the teeth (although we do that too!) Every examination involves checking the structures of the jaws, chin and neck. We then check the soft parts of the mouth for Oral Cancer, before assessing the teeth and gums.

If necessary, we then use low dose radiation digital x rays to further examine the teeth.

To ensure even greater peace of mind, we work under 4x magnification with fibre optic lighting, so problems can be spotted much earlier than they would with the naked eye.

To ensure that we meet your needs, the practice has developed a routine 16 point oral and dental health examination to provide the best in care. All patients receive a written report with advice on how to achieve optimal dental health.
